"I had an amazing experience. I am a new rider and my knowledge of motorcycle's and riding gear is limited. I came into the store to buy riding gloves. I also came in to ask some questions about riding boots, helmets & jackets. Your sales people are awesome. They are very knowledge and patient. The guy took the time to explain to me what I needed to know. I really could tell he cared about his job and loved what he did. That is hard to find. The person selling/ helping you is just as important if not more than the merchandise itself. He explained brands, sizes, what I should be looking for as a new rider and his personal preference. I really appreciated it. I chose Alpinestars Smx-1 Air V2 Gloves & Tcx Riding Boots. Both are comfortable and fit perfectly. Thank you guys for your help & I will definitely be back soon. "

"Thanks for the opportunity to share my experience. As I walked into the store I was welcomed by a sales associate, which was nice. The associate followed me and asked me if I was looking for anything in particular, my answer was not really I am looking for a bargain if you don’t mind. I continued to look around and I found some good deals, he kept following me and asked me for the items I was holding and I told him no that’s okay. He insisted one more time that I give him the items, which were small and not hard to carry, to put at the front and I didn’t like that. I did continue shopping but I was uncomfortable with the constant pressure. It was not the first time this has happened and it makes me not want to come into this store very often. "

"As I was walking around the store, an older staff member, I didn’t get a name , made a comment about how I was “walking like a b movie monster”.

I told him that I lost my leg in the Afghan war, so I walk with a noticeable limp. He laughed out loud and walked away. Not only did he not apologize. But as I walked up to the counter to make a purchase, he decided to mock me by imitating my limp.

I put my item back on the shelf and walked out. I won’t be giving this store anymore business. "
